FOSE plugins don't seem to work

Hi, so I recently got Fallout 3 GOTY Edition on Steam. Got it running on Windows 10 and decided to install a few mods to help with performance a bit. Installed FOSE and got a couple mods like OneTweak, TickFix, IncreasedHeapSize.

Now, I always launch the game with fose_loader.exe and FOSE does work, I checked with GetFoseVersion console command, but the plugins don't seem to load. For example, OneTweak's .ini file should get populated with more settings after launching the game, but that doesn't happen. OneTweak is supposed to help with Alttabbing problem and right now sometimes when I minimize the game, I can't start it again. I checked FOSE logs and it doesn't show that plugins are loading. Plugins are installed in the fose/plugins folder.

Am I missing something here?

So, it appears it was a really stupid problem. I guess I missed the part where I have to install the plugins to main directory/data/fose/plugins folder. I just uploaded them to main directory/fose/plugins.
