zelgeb
Im playing Oblivion for second time using OOO+MMM, and so far, im liking it....well, almost. The most anoying thing for me in vanilla Oblivion was the way in wich the world scales to you and weaker creatures were remplaced by stronger ones as you got stronger, good for the challenge, but awfully bad for the inmersion and takes away the desire to be stronger youself, if only to survive...that was my first experience Now, i heard that OOO is a more static experiencie and Harder monsters usually lurk in the wilderness away from the roads, in harsh enviroments, and in specific caves, forts and ruins so you know where to look for troble..that sound a lot more like what i wanted. and then got MMM for the higher variety in monsters and npc, the craft sistem and others extras...well, it turned out well at the start, but some lvls after.... The weaker and familiar monsters, even in CLOSE proximity to the roads were remplaced by stronger things, i returned to some dungeons to find that also the mobs on them got an update, and some npc's are starting to appear wearing some glass and daedric armor, when i heard that it was a NO,NO in OOO...si im seing the same nightmare of vanilla, just in a slower pace....and im getting tired of it and how the npcs like guards and travelers get mauled badly by this... I was told that the responsible for these things is the MMM mod, because it is really not static and scales to the player, so, if this is the case, is there a way to make MMM more static and OOO like?, to make them work better together? i really will apreciate your answers and advice in this matter. Btw: I load MMM after OOO, and use the MMMforOOO esp instead of the MMMesp. other mods in use are Ngdc for lvling and some others that have nothing to do with the mosters and loot lists, also i still dont want to go fcom till i finish some more playthroughts.
