Jen89
Say I wanted to make a slaver perk, that was activated after inslaving 10 NPCs - how do i do?Or a child killer perk, activated after slaying Sticky or some young NPC (not actual children as they are unkiilable)? And how do you create your own perk image, that are displayed in the choose perk menu each time you gain a level? :thanks:

Paint.Net is a good free one .
thegord
It's also worth mentioning that you can make your perk dependent upon killing children - you'll just have to specify that your mod will require one of the killable-kids mods already on FO3Nexus. Paint.Net is a good free one . When you say to make a new perk in geck, do you mean that all you have to do is simply go to through the object window to actors, and create a new perk in the perk section and thats it? Does it automatically add the perks in game without you having to script anything?
