How to create mods?

hello people im becoming a 3d designer, i know how to create a entire characters from scratch,

but i have no idea how to extract and insert a character from game,

can someone point the direction?

 

i wanna do some street fighter 5 mods

I don't think this is the proper channel to post this question, you should post it into the 3D software, and inside the 3D program you are using it to learn.
That being said, to start you need to go to a crossroad, spin three times wearing a banana costume, to see if the modding gods are allow you to start on this road.

And then find the documentation of what you want to mod, I found this just by typing in google "street fighter 5 modding tools"
