If you don't know what the AMD-65 is, here's a link to it's Wikipedia page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AMD-65 If you do, yes. This is the gun the Ocelots use in Metal Gear Solid 3. Personally, I think some good weapon mods for it would be synthetic furniture to replace wooden grips and a steel magazine (reduces weight) and a red dot/low magnification scope or a holographic sight (maybe a Kobra?) I think that with wooden grips and a steel magazine, this could look like a very lore-friendly weapon, a nice mix of retro and futuristic.
