Systemlord30
I have noticed that since I installed "Trees HD Skyrim Variation" (with NMM) my tree stumps look awesome, the leaves and branches look very soft even when somewhat close. When I deactivated "Trees HD Skyrim Variation" I got the leaves and branches detail back, but once I reactivated "Trees HD Skyrim Variation" I lost detail in the leaves and branches again. What's with that? Is there a way to increase the tree leaves and branches detail? xiamthewalrusx
manually install the files by extracting them to your data directory but do not extract the /meshes folder. Only the textures should be installed. EDIT - Also, you should use BOSS to sort your load order ;) Edited June 27, 2013 by xiamthewalrusx

EDIT - Also, you should use BOSS to sort your load order  I did exactly as you said, now I have HD trees, leaves and branches! Only one issue with the variation trees, some of the huge fat trees have neon bright green branches instead of blending in with the leaves. I only installed the two texture folders and no meshes! The branches look more neon bright green in-game, so the picture is making it look more subtle. Have a look below, the branches shouldn't stand out like this. http://imageshack.us/a/img96/5991/3lj6.jpg Edited June 27, 2013 by Systemlord30
xiamthewalrusx
I think that's an issue with SFO's treepineforestbranch texture. You can try overwriting them with the vanilla textures found here

xiamthewalrusx
Ah, crap. So I think the problem is that we shouldn't have extracted a few of the texture files as well. Neovalen's SR Guide suggests the following: TreesHD Skyrim VariationAuthor: NamotepVersion: 1.6Optionals: Dark Version Treepineforestbark03Special Installation: Install all files except:Entire Meshes folder.Textures/landscape/trees/Vurt_Pine01.ddsTextures/landscape/trees/Vurt_Pine02.ddsTextures/landscape/trees/treepineforestaddon01.ddsTextures/landscape/trees/treepineforestaddon01_n.ddsOverrides: Skyrim Flora Overhaul, Skyrim HD - 2K Textures, Skyrim Realistic Overhaul, Tobes HiRes Textures

I did install only the textures and not the meshes. I do not understand that Neovalen's SR Guide, just tell me what to do. xiamthewalrusx
lol... Ok, install SFO v179, then extract all of the treesHD files except the /meshes folder and the textures listed above

Any reason why I shouldn't use SFO v1.80? Edited June 27, 2013 by Systemlord30
xiamthewalrusx
nope, just overwrite. SFO 181 is really a lite version of the mod. 179e is the latest release of the full version ;)
