CTD during combat...

I've had this problem where skyrim LE would crash randomly when fighting npcs/npcs are fighting each other. There are no specifics to what is happening when in combat, once I was fighting bandits and another I was watching npcs fight each other. The CTDs also don't trigger when an npc is hit/attacking or anything like that.

 

In fact, once after a fight the only remaining NPC was an essential who was in the incapacitated state, meaning that the problem most likely comes from the fact that the game's "combat mode" is on. Most of the time this happens I just reopen skyrim and redo the battle hoping it won't crash again. I'm completely out of ideas...
