NPC Spawn Points

Okay, so I've been making a mod and most everything has been flowing smoothly but I've encountered a small problem. I have made a few NPC's that roam my castle working doing specific tasks like sweeping and serving food, but I can't get them to spawn at specific points around the castle. What happens now is they all spawn around a Xmarker that I used as a reference point for their Sandbox AIpackages when they are not working, even though I Link Refrenced them all to their own XMarkerHeadings located around the castle. This is becoming an issue because they all spawn at the same XMarker they are causing a massive bottleneck in the cell. I don't know if their is a way to specify where a particular NPC will spawn but my current idea (using XMarkerHeadings) doesn't seem to be working at all. Is there any way to spawn NPC's at specific points within a cell?

Never mind, I just figured out how to make NPC's spawn where I want them to within a particular Cell. I saw a video that said just drag and drop them into the cell but I think that my room bounding/portals were messing that up. When I removed the portals/room bounds they all started working!
