Remove weapon mod

I cant find a mod that allows me to 'remove' a mod made to a weapon. While most weapon mods are an advantage and will be left, adding a scope to a rifle then become annoying if you want to do close range multiple target contacts, where the scope hinders you ability to find the target quickly.

 

So could anyone handle this mod-on, mod-off...mod!
