Lighting FX Bug in Knifepoint Mine

I'm using the Imaginator mod .. and I used the add bloom effect . the add bloom effect seems to work great everywhere excpet " knifepoint mine."

whenever I use the bllom effect in knife point mine the entire cell goes full bright .. the ambient light seems to be affected by the bloom..

 

I'm not sure what lighting FX or value to look for I haven't touched the Editor since FO3 ..

anyone care to fill me in on the creation kits lighting and what lights are effected by the bloom settings ?
