Deuling
Before I start, my key board is playing up, so there may be a lot of typos. So here is what is going on: I have installed both races in the correct way. I hae successfully installed Mystic Elf befor I had windows reinstalled, but I have never got Ainmhi to work. I'v figured that out, but now neither work. I'v tried all I can, and I DO have the race fix installed. The races ar there, but the textures ar not. The ainmhi look like imperials wth no eyes, and the Mystic Elves are messed up mouths and floating, purple spock ears.I have rmoved every file I added and the oblivion.esp by mistake, where I have to reinstall, so I dn't think that's gonna work. I have no idea why they aren't working, and I'v spent two hours trying to get it to work. I have duble checked the readmes, so I have to turn to the TESnexus community. Thanks in advance. Avatus Darius
Have you tried the option of redownloading said mods and re-installing them to your Oblivion/Data directory? I am new myself, but have noticed that some mods don't load themselves cleanly, which means you have a textures folder sitting in the Oblivion/Data directory that somehow didn't make it to the Textures or Meshes folder proper. Actually, an easy fix could be to check that folder and see if you have the textures and or meshes folder outside of the textures or meshes folder within that directory. It may all be there in the data folder, just not in the proper place for the game to make use of them.

bben46
No eyes tells me you are trying to use more than one beauty type mod. Some of the custom race mods have their own built in beauty features that will conflict with rens and others. If you can give us a mod list in load order, maybe someone can point out which ones are likely to conflict. NEVER install more than two or three new mods at a time without testing to see if they work. You will spend more time trying to figure out where the problems are than you save by installing more at once.
Deuling
Ainmhi is fixed. weird though, I now have the races working the other way around. Usualy, its the Mystic Elves that work, but atm, it's the Ainmhi. And the anmhi does have something to make it compatible with ren's beauty pack. Actualy, all I had was 3 mos, Rens Beauty Pack, Ainmhi Race and a piece of clothing. Dodgy PC maybe? If so, I'm screwed 'til someone gets a job. :/
bben46
Running multiple race mods is always a problem, as each one expects to be the only modded race in the game. Sometimes they will work together, and sometimes not - as you seem to have discovered.
ytsejam91
Well, as far as i know, Rens Beauty pack has always been a problematic mod concerning installation.I think you might have placed some files in the wrong folders (textures), it's a common problem: if you go to the mods page you will see thousands of posts asking for help for this problem.when you extract the .rar file, you get two files; extract both (using "extract here" in your compression program).then copy the content of one of the two folders in the other one, and overwrite when asked. You should now have a data folder with two esps.copy the content of this data folder to your oblivion data folder.activate ONLY on of the two esps in the oblivion launcher (or OBMM OR Wrye bash, if you use one of them).check that you have activated the race fix or Unofficial oblivion patch. If you have a localized (non english) version of oblivion, then you'll have to modify the esp you chose to made oblivion use his vocal files right.Good luck in fixing your problem!
