Can't access skyrim nexus

It seems that i'm not able to access the skyrim nexus(east coast canada), but if i use a proxy i can access the site just fine.

 

EDIT: It seems im able to access the other nexus sites just fine but not the skyrim nexus

EDIT#2: It seems to work now...

EDIT#3: It stopped working
