Quick Crash to desktop

So I've recently changed up my mods; was playing Frost but couldn't stick with it. I loved the mechanics but the "story" couldn't keep me. So I tried to "replicate" with other mods, even tried Horizon but that gets picky when adding any other mods that aren't texture/graphic mods and it wasn't exactly what I was looking for. On to my point: I randomly crash straight to desktop with no warning. It has happened while standing there looking at my inventory, changing equipment, using a workbench, running around Sanctuary, and during combat. I've used loot and bash, looked into the mods on their respective sights, tried to make sure my ini file/ load/ and mods are good. But I'm clearly missing something. All my logs look good except papyrus logs which I can't make heads or tails of so I will post my log and load order for Vortex. ANY help would be very appreciated; even if I need to completely re-do my mods (if there are suggestions of other mods that could replicated a harsh Frost-like game, I'm all for giving it a go) as I've not left Sanctuary and have restarted my game many times.

Didn't have crashes with Frost, didn't play Horizon long enough to determine if it crashes, and this current sent up crashes each time I play at least once (depends on my determination as I can usually play average of 1-2hrs before crash 1).

I'll continue to look through my game and mods till further suggestions arise. On a side note; the mod War of the Commonwealth I have set to low with smaller end of spawn size and amount and increased time between cell resets as higher settings are known to cause CTD.

I'm getting the same error with a different setup... I get in game and it runs beautifully until I leap down from the crashed vertibird in Concord. About 10 seconds after landing, the game just crashes with no log of it. No exit save, etc.
