Cosmetic Mods not loading... The rest are.

I have a long list of Mods (94 in total). For some reason some of them suddenly stopped working after I took a break from FO4, and came back, reupped all my Mods, and... Well.. here. I'll give the mod list, and I'll highlight the ones that constantly just break. The game starts, they just uninstall themselves. These are listed in the order that LOOT put them in for me.

Most of those bold ones have not been updated for 5 years (!) so those might be deemed incompatible with the current version of FO4.

The others require F4SE, which you didn't mention using.

I use it (It was required for at least one mod...)

Now I have a new problem. I decided to start again, remove all the mods, uninstall them, delete them, and download a new set. Now.. the game runs fine till I get the first set of power armor, and then, without generating a crash report (I looked up where to find them to post it here, but there isn't any), it just shuts down Fallout 4 when I jump from the Vertibird to the ground. I have no idea what's going on, but I'll pop my list and load order (As done by LOOT).
