[Mod request] Weather duration & frequency

Good day, gentlemen.

 

I was wondering if anybody could point me to the bit where weather change frequency and/or duration are noted so that I may adjust it?

 

I would like it to be possible for it to storm for days on end. Similarly, other weather effects may last a bit longer as well, in my opinion.

 

Alternatively, a mod addressing this would be very welcome and appreciated!
