Iv watched every single video on YouTube and have read everything. I also tried a couple different mods and they all do the same thing at different points in the start-up to a campaign.

 

the game crashes and says, "The application faced a problem. We need to collect necessary files to fix this problem. Would you like to upload these files now?"

 

It happens every time and I cant do anything about it. and yes i have tried to unblock the Dll files, I could not do it though properties so had to use PowerShell. Still didn't work :(

If anyone can save me ill give you a bite out of my bagel :)
