Weapon problem(Mehrunes Dagon's razor)

Good day. I have a problem.

After installing the mods (I attach the list below), there was a problem with the "Mehrunes Dagon's razor", namely, two more enchantments, absorption of health and protection from poisons, were miraculously superimposed on it. Moreover, the bar of the enchantment charge began to be spent and after its expiration all enchantments ceased to work, which is normal, but the usual razor enchantment also ceased to work. Obviously, this is impossible in a normal game, but still. I went through the entire inverter and all the perks, forums, etc., but did not find anything similar that could cause this problem.

If someone has come across a similar one, or has more experience in those mods that I have installed, then I will be very glad for your help. (It only works with Mehrunes' razor. Tested on all one-handed weapons, with and without enchantments)
