Ceasar's New Regime suddenly stopped working

So iv'e been gone from New Vegas in a long time, and i thought it was high time i get back to this wonderful game. Now, the problem is that CNR has suddenly stopped working for me, I remember that it worked perfectly last time so this confused me greatly. I ran it through check for errors in FNVEdit and this came up.

Sorry to post this almost a full year later with nothing useful but: me too. At least we aren't alone? Here is my error log

I don't think the unknown flag is a huge deal, but the unresolved parameter bothers me. When I try to load the game with CNR active I get the invisible menu bug which I hear is usually from faulty references.
