LE War of Brothers

So i realize that the civil war within skyrim is between the imperial army and the stormcloak rebels but what i do not see enough of is nords within the ranks of the imperial army. Throughout my time i have played i have heard dialogue describing the fact that the war is between brothers and that since the imperial army is stretched thin after their defeat, they are force to recruit loyal nord warriors to combat the uprising. However, i rarely ever see nord soldiers fighting in the stages of the war on the imperial side, only the imperial race. I wish that the war within skyrim was parallel to the American civil war which tore some families apart about which side was justified. I am not a seasonal modder and am not capable of creating this mod so i ask anyone who reads this for help. I wish that the imperial soldiers be changed to nord imperial loyalist. Just nords though, i feel like a war over a country of nords should be settled by nords. If anyone could create such a mod or at least explain to me how i could do it myself i would be greatly appreciative.
