Way to re-enter op. anchorage?

I finished it and saved after it... And now i cant enter because it says that im not wearing suit even i have it on... I just found on internet that i had to save game before it... Which i didnt?

 

Any way to get there without using that chair? OR any way to fix it?

So far, none I suppose. You'll have to wait for a patch by Bethesda or a mod.
