zulu9812
The question is in the title, really. I'm thinking Steam Workshop here, mainly for ease of installation (I'm used to the greatness of NMM now).
DreamKingMods
The various quest and places mods by ThirteenOranges are the first things that come to mind; they're on Steam. Pit Fighter, Oakwood, No Mercy, Sea of Ghosts, etc. A few of his older mods are or were on the Nexus, before he was banned, but not the newer ones. He prefers Workshop over Nexus.
