Transfer Oblivion Faces

I did read that it is possible to transfer oblivion faces into Fallout 3 with GECK. Are there any short guides for beginner how to do this or is this just too complicated ? I did edit a nice quality face for oblivion but dont have the time right now, since it is quiete time consuming to learn things again.

 

The problem is the ingame edit function missed out a lot of sliders but i read they are available with GECK, so transfers should be possible.

So i would love to implement a ready made/self created oblivion face into fallout 3, but iam looking also for really nice fallout3 female faces/characters (better than the ones found in the files, except the nice char from josef grey but no save game offered).

 

I really hope someone can help here out or just link to some guides
