This would mostly be a cosmetic and/or lore mod, using the dragon wall in sky haven temple as reference. The dragonborn on the wall appears to be wearing a sleeve-less, pantleg-less version with a slightly different helmet than the vanilla one. The light armor version would fit in with the other light nord "warrior" aesthetic, combining that with the akaviri look. As far as the actual changes on the model, I would suggest dropping the pant legs and adding a section of the "skirt" portion of the light imperial armor to keep it pg.
