CombatTweaks overwrites the description of items and skills

As you know, CombatTweaks will overwrites the description of items and skills.

 

Now I want to modify those descriptions, but I cannot find it in following TLK files,

 

* core_en-us.tlk

* core_ep1_en-us.tlk

* dao_prc_ep_1_en-us.tlk

* singleplayer_en-us.tlk

 

Anyone knows where is it? Maybe it's not in TLK file?

 

or anyone knows a way to re-write the descriptions?
