Wrye Bash question

ok, so I put a couple mods on with wrye bash and everything seems ok. I am in the process of doing Fcom, following the guide and everything, yes with a clean install (only DLC and Updates on) but I continue to get the same message when i try to install mods. they are rars and seem to be ok, but when i try to install I get a message saying it cannot continue because the folder is open... the Oblivion folder that is. It is not open, unless wrye bash is counting itself as a window from Oblivion since it is installed there, but that is where the guide and everyone else says to install it...Sometimes if i exit and reopen wrye bash it works but sometimes not. Any help on this? I'm sure its an old problem already solved long ago, haha.

Another thing......The Main BSA is usually in another file, like for OOO and such... are we supposed to install that through Wrye Bash just like the other file with all the options...? I'm a little confused as I haven't seen them mentioned beyond renaming them sometimes. I tried to install the Fran BSA after the main file and it generated an error...Wasn't supposed to do that?

Also.. the guide says to copy the SI.esm and rename Oblivion and then rename the fran.bsm to Oblivion - fran.bsm Is this still valid? I noticed there is already a dummy file showing in wrye bash for that so .... should I undo that step? should i uninstall the fran, unpack both and then re-rar the bsa in with the other files...? Hope someone still knows about the lost arts of Fcom...haha.

Another question... it seems obvious, but rather than assume I'm going to go ahead and ask. If there are two esm. options to tick in the wrye bash esp filter, duplicates but one saying FCOM and the other saying Oblivion... leave both ticked or just the FCOM one?

Hmmm... no one knows the answer to any of these..? Hehe.. *nervously looking around* I know there are guides but I am using them.. honest. Some things are just confusing and better to ask than stay confused.

That would be a known bug with version 303. Try using the latest release of Wrye Bash. As for FCOM forget everything you read from the guide you're using and use the information from the official thread instead. Be sure that you're using the latest versions of FCOM components. They are available for download at TESAlliance.org (yes you do need to register). :)
