Dragonborn and Dawnguard Help

Lets get right to the middle of it, my Dragonborn and Dawnguard always get stuck at the exact same place and stops all further progression. In Dragonborn; after i learn the second word of power, and Hermaous Mora leaves, the quest pointer points to the black book, but i cant select anything, and when I press the accept button and just hear a faint click nothing more, I can't even leave Apocrypha. In Dawnguarg; after Harkon finishes speaking after offering to turn me in to a Vampire lord, he just stands there, if I select him, he just yells, thats it, I can't leave the castle or go any further in to the rooms, just stuck in the dinning hall.
