ElizabethLestrad Posted February 15, 2009 Share Posted February 15, 2009 I just finished completing the quest to destroy Megaton and later when I went into Underworld, Moira was there as a ghoul. You could still do the quest from here too. I did not notice if anyone else was there...I kinda went on a killing spree on the way out though so....
