Character and other NPC's are "T-posing" after installing HDT physics

I just installed the HDT Physics extension and some other mods that use it: Boob and butt jiggle and capes but all the NPC's and my character are frozen "T-posing," but my character still has the boob and butt jiggle despite "T-posing." Additionally, when I try to start a new game the game straight up crashes. I've tried updating FNIS and I get this:
