KillerSkark1978
Ever though to yourself "Why bother wearing a Circlet Instead of a Armoured Helmet" when I can simply Enchant both items to the level as far as the Enchantment perks go, its true when I say there is no benefit what so ever to loosing your Armour Rating given by any Armoured Helmet over wearing a Circlet and its sucks. What I want is a reason to Wear Circlets in battle over helmets, and I want that reason to be stronger Enchantment Potential, In fact I want to be able to Enchant a Circlet to up to DOUBLE the enchantment Level Power of a Armoured Helmet. However I am not just looking for a simple mod that simply makes it so that Enchantments on Circlets are twice as strong as that what I am capable of on Armour, thought I would take that right now anyway, but ideally I want a little bit of a overhaul on the Enchantment system around all Jewellery and ONLY the Jewellery. What I want is a balanced system where by the type of Jewel used in the each item effects the strength of the enchantment I can place on it, so for example If I Enchant a Standard Gold Ring the enchantment would not be as strong as if I enchant a Diamond Gold Ring. As a level of reference to the power of Enchantments against your current vanilla enchantment level, I would start out making the Enchantments on lower levels of Jewellery less powerful that your current capability on standard armour, and work up to a balance where by the top level of Enchantment on the Highest end items of been say 15% more Powerful on Gold Diamond Rings, then plus 20% on Gold Diamond Necklaces (due to Flawless Diamond been used to create over normal Diamond in Rings, hence the jewel effects the level of Enchantment not so much the material). However then I would level up to a staggering 100% more powerful on whatever is deemed the most luxury Circlets due to there lack of an Armour Rating and loss of benefits with wearing a complete set of Armour with loosing the helmet. Following on with the specs recommended above, With Rings and Necklaces I would break even on vanilla enchantment strength with Flawless Ruby based Jewellery, however with Circlets I would break even with Vanilla on even the most basic of Circlet and work up from there to much higher levels. I feel that a mod like this would give real consideration to picking a circlet over a Helmet which right now the game lacks in its failing to give be any incentive to wear a Circlet what so ever. Deleted1308005User
If I correctly remember, in Oblivion enchantments were stronger in clothes/non armor stuff, correct? Also, are ice/frost enchantments stronger with stahlrim gear? As if they are, that might provide a good lead how to achieve this.Maybe even so that different materials matter?Golden circlet + ruby = fire orientedSilver + Sapphire = IceEtc. I like this Idea a lot, the idea of using certain Jewels to work better with certain types of Enchantment is excellent in fact, combined with the given ability to boost the level enchantment past your current capable vanilla level of Enchantment Ability., this is defiantly a mod I would love to see, I hope you choose to take on the challenge of creating this mod, would love to see what you come up with, thx for the update/
