LE Mod Request: House Servant Mod

Here is my idea; have a hirable house servant who can perform the following key duty:

 

He delivers in message form available radiant quests.

 

While I do not mind going to various Jarls and factions to be rewarded, it becomes tiresome running all over Skyrim looking for new quests when you are level 100+ and have completed most (if not all) of the side quests.

 

Here is an example of his potential dialogue:

 

"Welcome home, sir. You have received the following requests. The Jarl of Whiterun has issued a bounty for the Giant at <location wherever>.* Urag at the College of Winterhold is looking for a copy of Brothers of Darkness.* etc."

 

*The various radiant quests are now assigned and show up in your journal.

 

To be rewarded, you have to complete the quests and return to the actual quest-giver to be rewarded, but it would quickly assign various quests all at once and breathe new life into the game.

 

Again, I think this should be restricted to the various repetitive radiant quests only, and not to overall quests.

 

The House Servant (think butler) should also require an annual salary and be rather expensive to hire (maybe 20,000 gold/year). This makes him something for long-term players who have so much gold they don't know what to do with it.

 

So, what say you all? Anyone like the idea? Anyone want to create this character? Oh, and why not create an actual agency to hire him from, as opposed to just some solo guy wandering some tavern.

I like the idea of being able to hire somebody to do the "housekeeping" for you, and help organize quests, but then you get into dialogue and compatibility problems... I am going to look into making quests and dialogue for Skyrim, and see just how hard it is. Something akin to this is just what I want, although ATM I have a mod downloading that might just do what I want (but sadly not what you are asking for).
