BOSS will not show me or sort all of my mods

I have been playing a certain save for about a week now (maybe five days) and I have been adding mods as I go. Before this save I had one that I was playing for a much longer time, about a month or so, and installed the majority of the mods I have while I was playing that save. Anytime I would experience CTDs I would turn to BOSS to sort my load order, and everything seemed to be running fine. But recently, after I got a CTD when trying to load my save (after I tried installing a new mod -- better eagle eye perk, I believe) I ran BOSS to see if that would fix anything but the CTD remained. I unsintalled that mod and several of the mods that I had installed that I decided I didn't need, and ran BOSS again.

It was then when I realized that NMM said I had 68 mods, and BOSS said it detected 60... and indeed, after re-opening NMM, the last 8 mods remained unsorted. The CTDs remain.

Here is my load order:

I'll admit that I know practically nothing about making a good load order, so any help in that regard would be deeply appreciated.

BOSS will not sort mods without an .esp or .esm file (ie pure texture replacer mods or pure script replacer mods). There are also quite a few which haven't been added to it's database yet (these will show up as unrecognized). You can use the Boss Userlist Manager (BUM) to apply custom rules to these mods in accordance with where the mod author has suggested you place the mod in your load order.

As for the CTD's, do they happen after the loading screen for the saved game or before Skyrim even loads up?

The thing is, though, that BOSS showed in the summary that I only had 60 mods (including unrecognized plugins). As for the CTDs, they happened after the loading screen, when I tried to load my save.

I uninstalled BOSS and redownloaded the latest version (2. 1.1, I believe, which is what I was using). After reinstalling BOSS and running it again, low and behold, it showed me my full mod list and sorted them. There are still a few unrecognized mods, but after I reran BOSS my game loaded up properly.
