Mods not being recognized

OK, decided to play Skyrim again, after a couple years. Had to reinstall all mods due to computer upgrade/overhaul.

Rrunning Skyrim SE thru Steam.

Downloaded several mods from Nexus using Mod Organizer 2.

Used the built in LOOT distributer to set load order.

When I attempt to run from MO2 using SKSE64.exe nothing happens.

If I run from Steam, or from the Steam install folder using either SKSE or Skyrim.exe, the game runs but none of my mods are visible/installed.

If I try to run Creation Kit, it does not show any esp/esm files except for Skyim and the standard DLC. (Dawngaurd/Dragonborn/Hearthfire)

 

All are installed on a separate drive from windows, all are running as admin. Creation Kit and SKSE64 are both installed in the root folder....

Any ideas?
