Skyrim VR Crash when attacked by animals

Greetings,

 

I have been experiencing an issue in Skyrim VR where after being attacked by any animal, my game will crash. I've never seen a topic on the matter so I thought to post it. There is a Sabre Cat that I need to hunt via the notice board quests and after killing the thing from afar with arrows, or if it lunges at me, the game crashed. I then tried again and avoided the thing when wolves attacked and I crashed again. I am currently located at Greenspring Hollow by Whiterun and by that one dragon area in the mountain if that helps. Additionally I have provided my load order below. Do keep in mind, I am quite the novice when it comes to modding so I may need help trying to fix the issue after identifying it. Please do let me know if you know what is causing this issue.
