Better Vampires Mod not working

I started a modded playthrough for the first time and wanted to do a vampire run, so I downloaded Better Vampires and around 100+ other mods that range from overhauls to magic to adding lamp posts around the roads. I eventually contracted the Vampire disease and waited the certain amount of hours to turn into a vampire. I had Vampiric Drain, had the (modded eyes) and everything looked fine. Checked my MCM to go through with the settings for Better Vampires and saw *Feed to update status* or whatever on the stats page. I went and fed on someone and checked that page again and nothing happened, it still displayed *Feed to update status*. I disabled all my mods besides Better Vampires/npcs, alternate start and dependencies to test. After feeding on a victim it progressed me to fledgling and the mod was working fine. I tried rifling through all my mods trying to figure out which mod could be messing with Better Vampires but I couldn't find anything. I am hoping some charitable person could look through and double check and tell me what mod could be messing with Better Vampires and possibly any other mod that might not be working. Thank You

Edit: I have disabled CBBE, Fores New Idles, XP32, Bodyslide, Combat Gameplay Overhaul, Flower Girls, Iperious, MCGFemaleWalk, Ultimate Combat, and Skyui. Better Vampires still will not work, these are the only mods that I can think of that will mess with B.V. mod that I have loaded.

Edit 2: The mod that was affecting Better Vampires and not allowing me to progress through vampirism stages was RSSE Children. Don't know what conflicts within these two mods, but it will now be disabled.
