LE Half-Life2 type of start screen?

It would be a pretty sweet thing to have something like the half-life 2 starting screen with a bit of animation.

I think it was also used before that in the Warcraft games (not the very old, the newer ones).

I use my start screen with a great sound mod by NodusCursorius - http://www.skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/2101/

where the intro music is the tune sung by Malukah. Which is pretty sick in itself.

 

There is a similar mod, which is pretty close to what I have in mind by rheaddude - http://www.skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/30121/

It's just a still, but is waaay better then the original screen.

 

But can someone make something animated?
