Wich mods to use with better system?

So I bought a new computer case and after a few hours of sweating, everything is neatly installed, including my new videocard!

 

So, I was thinking of a clean install on Skyrim, but I don't know wich mods to use..

 

This is what I'm running at the moment, the launcher automatically changes the settings to ultra high, the only thing is that my processor may be a little to weak..:

I usually use S.T.E.P., but I don't think that's the best solution.. So I'm asking about your opinion! I keep it lore-friendly, so no weird mods and stuff
