ridiculous armor rating bug

Hi,

i'm having a strange bug, a long ad noisy lightning storm starts (a storm without light or visual effects, just the sound) and my armor rating become huge, we're talking about 3000000 (the max i've ever seen until now).

The storm often starts when i fast travel to some places or enter in a building, sometimes tiping ''pcb'' in the console helps and the storm stops, sometimes it's impossible to do something, i have to save 2-3 times, reload a previous save and it's ok.

Recently i noticed the correlation between the storm and the armor rating bug.

I tried to disable some big mods, but nothin helps.

What's your idea about that? What problem could be?
