pidgebc
I've always really loved the story of the Lich King from the Warcraft universe. So I've been working on a mod for the past month or so. The idea is to have a quest line loosely following the story of Kel'Thuzad and the cult of the damned spreading a plague in a city (I chose Whiterun cause it seemed to work best). The storyline progresses to a final encounter with the human Kel'Thuzad, and an appearance of the Lich King who resurrects Kel'Thuzad as a Lich (Dragon Priest since I'm not skilled enough to make some minor modifications to make him more lich-like). Afterwards I've been working on a 4-part dungeon that consists of bosses from Naxxramas and Icecrown Citadel. So far, I've only included bosses in which I could represent in some way with creatures that Skyrim provides. The strong points of what I have so far are the dialogue from characters from the Warcraft Universe. I've got voiced dialogue for the first part of the quest using WC3 and WoW recordings. I'm basically looking for help with some of my weaker points on the idea. I suck at making interesting dungeons, best I can do is linear, self-repeating dungeons.I'm pretty new at modding and run into a lot of problems with scripting among other things.I can't for the life of me figure out how to make indoor undead dragons work (or even show up in game for that matter).I'm no good at retexturing or importing models/textures into the Creation Kit.I've had no luck getting NPCs to use custom spells/abilities.Creating unique creatures for the player to encounter.I would really like to find someone or multiple people who think it would be worthwhile to put some time into creating this mod for Skyrim. I really have put a lot of work into it so far, and would like to see a finished project. Even if it is taken over by someone else. I would like to keep some input on the mod, or even be the one to release it, but I'm willing to negotiate. My biggest concern is seeing a finished project that the Skyrim community can enjoy.
