Instant CTD

After attempting to install a new mod my game started to experience Instant CTDs on launch... I can't even load my previous save because it crashes the instant it loads the main menu... Logically I assumed it was a fault of the new mod so I immediately uninstalled it... to my dismay nothing changed. My game STILL crashes instantly.

That mod is no longer installed, and yet the problem persists...

If someone could help me find the root of the issue that'd be greatly appreciated...

Ok... I'm an idiot >.< I reinstalled Realistic Lighting when the ENB mod i'm using overwrote the ESP with an older version... in doing so I accidently included the Dawnguard Interiors ESP, no idea why this didn't crash me the first time i launched after doing so... but after going through my mods again I saw it and was bit perplexed as to why it was there... removing that ESP fixed everthing...
