Skyrim CTD when opening chests in my HF house

Hi.

Every time I try to open two of my chests (more specifically it's a chest on the first floor and a safe in the basement) in my Falkreath Hearthfire house, the game crashes. At first only one chest was crashing the game but after installing about three new mods (mainly XP32 Maximum Skeleton) also safe started to end my game. I tried disabling all of my mods (well, all except Unofficial Skyrim Patch because my save wouldn't work without it) and nothing changed... I'd love to fix my save and play even with only Unofficial patches and perhaps Immersive Armors & Weapons. Starting a new game is impossible for me now, I would lose more than 80 hours and about 70 cleared dungeons.
