Scholar house icon missing ?

All my scholar houses have dissapered, after the most recent game update. I have read here on Nexus that I need to update the "Spice-It-Up" mods that I am using, but I allready have the 3.0.4 version. So what do I do ??

I tried to reload the savegame and complet the LOL quest again, but still, the Scholar house icon is missing, so I can´t build Scholar houses. Can anyone give me a dummy guide of what to do, cause I really don´t know how to update the mods, if it is not the 3.0.4 that I need.
