Pip-boy HUD and Third-person view disabled?

I just need to know if anybody has an idea to why this is happening.... A few months ago I was messing around with some mods and stuff, and everything was fine...my pip-boy HUD showed up and everything was how it was supposed to be. After installing the DLC packs, I went and played old world blues. After waking up in the DLC, I tried to open my pip-boy, but nothing happened. I thought, hey, maybe it's just part of the DLC, maybe I have to get the pip-boy back from somebody later. A few minutes go by, and I get into the first quest, I try to enter third person view and all I see is the shadow of my player, the rest of him is invisible, I don't mean stealth boy invisible, I mean there's no guy there at all. A few months later, after quitting the game for a while, I come back to it. The problems are all here, and now when I open up the pip-boy screen I can hear the sounds and button noises, but there is no screen at all for the options menus or anything at all. I can not leave Old World blues without being able to change weapons or see quest objectives, any help at all would be much appreciated!

What is your load order, what armor do you have equipped, and have you replaced the Pip-Boy?

I have no load order, the only things I have loading as of now are all of the DLC packs. I never replaced the pip-boy, either. Upon further investigation I have realized that before all of this happened, something must of gone wrong with the AP mod because after "doing it" the camera bugs which causes my HUD to disappear.
