Anyone know a fix for the missing antennas on Riots helmets and NCR helmets?

Anyone knows a mod that fixes the missing antennas of the helmets from both the Riot gears, Advanced Riot gears, and NCR ranger armor set? the only one who have it by default is the Elite Riot gear, and I wonder if theres a fix for the others.
