How do I copy the face of a follower from a mod, and paste it to repla

How do I copy the face of a follower from a mod, and paste it to replace into another follower mod face?

 

I have already tried the long way of doing it, which is:

 

1.Export follower mod face using the CK into the preset folder

2.Start a new character with that preset face (which already doesn't look like the original face).

3.Type in spf in console to save face

4.Import into a patch file of the desired follower mod that I want to change the face of.

5.Then look in-game to see if it works. Usually does, but not without some slight deformations. Of course, the face looks nothing like the original.

 

The mod for the follower I want to change is Vilja and ceridwen. I'm starting to feel like making my own face using ECE would be better than looking for faces.
