weapon's part and animation tweaking

Hi,

I am working on a weapon mod (still lot to do and lot to learn), but I have just hit the wall. I am using Lever-action shotgun as a base, because it is IMHO pretty close to my gun. I used this tutorial

http://geck.bethsoft.com/index.php?title=Basic_Guide:_From_Modeling_Program_to_the_GECK

and the FIRST METHOD (exporting from Blender to .nif file and than replacing parts in the original FA:NV .nif file. After some scaling NiTriStrips and moving x,y,z coordinates it looks OK). I made a simple mod in GECK - I can get the weapon, size and grip are OK and it shoots as supposed. Now the problem comes:

- when the gun is reloaed in between shots and ammo is replenished, lever rotates around original pivot, not the desired point. Therefore it rotates rougly around centre of mass and during reloading, you can see the breech and half of the lever coming out of the gun. Pretty ugly

- I tryed to play with the x,y,z coordinates of the node (called ##LASHLever) but it has no effect. And I don't see anything I can change - although it's clear to me, that people during their modding have to adjust the position of the moving/animated parts, so they don't fly all over the place.

Can anybody help/explain things to me, or is there any tutorial on this subject.

I spent last day over the forums, google and switching between nifskope and the game itself without any clue and any effect
