NWelf
Not sure how to fix this neckseam, I'm not using any mods, no mods installed accept for the player house I'm working on. Not using any lighting mods, pretty much vanilla game cept for the body and face textures. Using Urshi's Male Body Scars for Sundracon Body along with Urshi's Young Male Body circumcised BIGGER(sundracon body) http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/26145/ , and Urshi's Fine Face Textures mod http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/27815 . I tried both the black and the dark red subsurface texture maps, but it didnt fix the problem. And since I dont have an enb installed I know thats not the problem. Its not really a bad thing its just the body looks a bit more washed out, than the face. Face seems to have a bit more color to it. Not sure how to fix it. Any suggestions you might have would be welcomed and appreciated.http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7448/9225853347_2e51139007_o.jpgNeckseam1 by SilverMoon Dragon, on FlickrWould upping the color levels slightly on the body texture help at all?? I'm using gimp to add some tattoos. And should I leave the body texture uncompressed when I go to export it after I apply the tattoos?? Cause when I added the tats to the body I saved it with DXT1 compression. I've tried all the suggestions on Urshi's mod page (well accept for the enb tweak since I'm not using one atm). Anybody have any ideas on what I could do to fix it?? Or could it be the specular map??
NWelf
Hmm, I think it might be the specular maps, as the specular map for the body is much smoother, and a bit darker than the specular map of the head texture.
Sepherose
If I recall correctly you hit the nail on the head with it being the specular. But, I don't do body retextures, so I am unsure. I typically play female characters and I use UNP though, there is a texture blending utility to get rid of neck seams for it. Might glance around and see if you can find something like that for males?

Yea I found Texture Blender http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/5737/ by Caliente, and Body Designs http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/37261 by Jeir (which has the male "setdefs" that I need for male characters, not to mention some really nice tats for both men and women. And I've been picking Jeir's brain about how to make blend files for my male textures, but havent gotten an answer back yet. Oh crap lol just realized it was probably Caliente I should have asked about the blend files lol, as shes the one that made Texture Blender lol, DOH!! :wallbash: Ah well if Jeir doesnt answer me back then I'll try Caliente. It's all good, I'll get it figured out one way or another lol.
