Help finding a mod I can't remember the name of...

Long story short: had to replace my HDD and am rebuilding my mod list. There was one I had that gave you a lesser power that tied your mana to weapon enchantments so that you spent mana instead of the actual limited charge bar. If anyone knows what I'm talking about that would be great. I know there are infinite charge mods, but that feels like cheating
