API Limit Exceeded Inhibits Feedback via Vortex

A quick question to the Vortex devs, or any of the community managers;

 

for the first time ever, I hit the API rate while getting Vortex to get the ID's of many mods. No big deal.

In my rebuild of my load order, I'd made some notes on things that I'd picked up on, and wanted to send it to the devs as an enhancement request - however - as I'd hit the API rate, I could not send the feedback to the devs.

As I said, its no big deal, I can send it a while later and all will be good.

 

The questions I have are as follows

1. are you aware of the fact that if a user hits the API rate then they simply cannot interact with the developers?
2. is there a possibility that this restriction could impact diagnostic gathering? For example, let's say my API issue was a problem being diagnosed, and I could not then gather and send diagnostics as the API limit would inhibit me sending stuff across?

 

No urgency or anything like that. Just putting it up for discussion.
