The shishkebab Flame

Black fire? That would look...weird.

 

Anyway, this cannot be done from the GECK. You will need to extract the Shishkebab model (NIF file) from Fallout - Meshes.bsa, then open it in NifSkope, find the flame mesh and check which texture (DDS file) it uses and extract it from one of the textures BSAs. You can then edit the texture in Gimp/Photoshop/etc. and play with the colors. But that may not be all - If the flame mesh also has vertex colors, then you will need to edit those as well, with some 3D software.

 

As you can see, this minor change is actually quite complicated to do.
