Glory of Death Bug help

I've encountered a bug where when reaching the funeral nothing happens, everyone stands around and when I approach them and try to talk nothing happens to them, everyone who is meant to be at the funeral is accounted for even the blacksmith, I would love to finish this quest line but it is at a stand still because of this bug, please help
